• Enrolled on the BrightStart Apprenticeship Scheme working in Corporate Audit, specialising in the audit of FTSE and internationally listed clients.

• Providing administrative and project support on a large-complex Life Sciences & Healthcare audit client during the second year of the audit, acting as the SharePoint Lead and also specialising in resource monitoring and reporting.

• Completed a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with Cardiff & Vale College as part of my role.

• Events include Caerphilly Big Cheese, Caerphilly 10k, Caerphilly, Bargoed, Blackwood and Ystrad Mynach Winter Fairs, and others.
Sales Assistant
I previously worked as a Casual Sales Assistant at Sports Direct's 26,000 square foot megastore, in the city centre of Cardiff. I was fully till trained, had some experience on front of house and also in various departments. I was able to complete day-to-day tasks such as completing price changes, or preparing the store for closedown by ensuring it was in a clean and tidy state. After only 6 months of working for the firm, I was given the responsibility of training new staff members, managing the downstairs tills on our peak days and was also given manager access on the till, which allowed me to deal with any customer service enquiries such as exchanges and returns and any pricing discrepancies.
